Kajita Candles uses Australia Post to send all of our products.
Our website uses the Australia Post real time calculator to calculate postage costs which are based on weight and volume of the products chosen. This is automatically calculated at checkout for you.
Your order will usually be posted the same day or the following business day. We are based in Melbourne so depending on where you are in Australia please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of goods.
Special/Wholesale Orders
We offer a courier service. Please email us for a quote if you are wishing to use this service. The company we use offers competitive rates but requires a physical postal address - they do not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
Stock in Transit
We pack our products securely and well padded for their journey to your address. We accept no responsibility for products damaged in transit. If you wish to insure your goods then please email us for a quote.

Whenever possible we endevour to use recycled packing materials. It not only saves on costs but it saves our trees.
